Shipping Policy
1. Getting Your Order Ready We work fast. We get your order packed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. This depends on your country.
2. Tracking Your Order We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Changes and Cancellations You can cancel your order or change your shipping address before it ships. Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes or cancel it.
4. DDP Shipping (No Extra Fees) We offer DDP shipping to many countries. DDP means we handle all the customs fees. You will not pay any extra import duties. No surprises.
