Our Refund Policy
The 14-Day “Cool-Off” Period You are in the EU, so you get 14 days to change your mind. This 14-day clock starts on the day you get your items. You do not need to tell us why. You can just return it.
What Can Be Returned? If you want to return an item for a refund, it must be brand new. This means it must be unopened and in the original, sealed packaging. You also need your receipt or proof that you bought it from us.
The Big Exception: For health and safety reasons, we cannot take back disposable vapes that have been opened or used. We really just can’t.
What if My Order is Wrong or Broken? Please check your package as soon as you get it. If you find an item is damaged, leaking, dead on arrival, or if we sent the wrong thing… please tell us right away. We will help you fix it. We will make it right.
How to Start a Return It’s easy. Just send us an email at info@neonrvape.com. You must contact us first before you send anything back. We cannot process returns that just show up at our door. If we approve the return, we will send you a return label and tell you what to do.
What About Exchanges? Here is the fastest way: First, start the return process for the item you have. Once we approve that return, you can just place a new order on the website for the new item.
How Do I Get My Refund? After we get your return, we will check it. Then we will email you. If everything looks good, we will send the refund to your original payment account. We usually need about 10 business days to do this.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company also needs time to process the refund. If you wait 15 business days and still do not see the money, please contact us right away at info@neonrvape.com.
